I can't tell you just how impressed I am with Bowjangles in Wednesbury. Had a small amount of jewellery to sell following a death. Phil & Jason were so welcoming. Jason totally amazed me on his ability to spot the tiniest bit of gold in amongst bag of costume jewellery. He also recognised a piece of gold that another jeweller had said wasn't gold!! Excellent rate paid £17.25 per gram 9ct as opposed to £14 from other jeweller. Super friendly and simply just good old fashioned 'helpful'. Phil also recommended someone that may be able to value some house contents so we don't inadvertently dispose of a valuable heirloom. Thoroughly recommend.Thanks guys 👍

My wife & I inherited some jewellery and gold, with my mom explicitly telling me prior to her passing that when the time was right I needed to take it to Bowjangles to sell it for her grandchildren.We spoke with Jason on the phone & the experience couldn’t have been any better. Myself and my friend visited Bowjangles last week and I have to say, what a lovely experience it was too. All the staff were absolutely lovely, felt very safe and nothing was too much trouble, they even escorted us back to our Car!! Having decided to have a clearout of my jewellery, I had no idea if I had anything of worth. Gold prices are high so I phoned a few jewellers and asked them what they pay. Out of 4 that I contacted, Bowjangles was paying £2 above the others for gold.I called the number on the website and told them that I have some jewellery but I have no idea if its worth anything. The gentleman who replied was non judgmental and told me just to bring everything in and they will look at it all. He advised that I call him before I came as there's often queues outside. He told me that he would escort me in safely.Once inside I received a warm welcome from the staff. I was given personal attention, each piece of jewellery was examined and put either on the good pile or back in my jewellery box.Their knowledge is exceptionally good and decisive. A very small amount of jewellery was deemed to be worthy and he weighed it and costed it, while I looked at the equisite jewellery they had on sale. Not what one might expect in Wednesbury.I received a lot more money than I expected and left with a smile on my face.These guys are experienced and treated me like a friend. Good old fashioned personal service is not lost here and I would urge anyone to consider them when selling their gold or silver.

Bowjangles staff were so friendly and very helpful when checking out the gold rings and bracelets I had. Felt very safe inside with the double door locking system. My money was all put in an envelope. I got the full price on the day. So very trustworthy. Staff made sure I got to my vehicle safely.
