Items belong to Bowjangles Midlands Ltd, until the item is fully paid for "Full Sale Value".

Minimum Deposit of 30% of the "Full Sale Value". This is a non-refundable deposit to be agreed by the management. The non-refundable deposit amount will be clearly displayed in the "Non Refundable deposits box" on the front of the form. On computer generated receipts the first payment is counted as the non refundable deposit or the amount will be changed by management on receipt if greater than 30%.

No deposits can be taken without the proof of an original ID. ( A current driving license or passport).

Lost receipts must be settled with original ID produced stated on the receipt. No refund can be given without original ID produced and will have to wait til Bowjangles can allocate the items outside of business hours.

£25 admin charge is applicable for dealing with lost receipts.

All deposit receipts are valid for 2 months. After this date, all funds and items are forfeited by the buyer, which can only be overturned by senior management.

Items are only collected when payment is setled in full.

CHRISTMAS PAYMENT PLANS OFFER. Deposits taken after 28/8/24 expire on the last business day before Christmas being 24/12/24 close of business. T and Cs are the same as other payment plans except for CONDITION 6.

No items once secured by initial deposit are transferable.

10.

Deposits can only be collected in store.

11.

After initial deposit payments can be made by bank transfer once issued a reference number.

12.

Payment plans only available on NEW jewellery over £350 unless agreed by store management.
